How your purchase reaches you, what to do if it doesn't, and how long you keep it.
Nothing is shipped
Everything StillCrane sells is digital and arrives instantly. There is no physical product, no postage and no shipping charge, and we never ask for a delivery address.
The booklet is a PDF you download once and keep. The video and audio sessions stream in your browser there's nothing to install and no app to sign up for.
How your purchase reaches you
- Straight away, on screen
- The moment the payment goes through, you land on a download page with your links on it. You can download right there without leaving the page.
- And by email
- The same links arrive by email within a few minutes, along with your receipt. Keep that email it's how you get back to your files later.
- Typical time
- Instant for the page, under five minutes for the email. If it's been longer than fifteen, see below.
If the email hasn't arrived
Work through these in order the first one solves it almost every time:
- Check spam, junk and promotions. Automated receipts land there constantly, especially on Gmail and Outlook.
- Search your inbox for "StillCrane". It may be filed somewhere you didn't expect.
- Check the address you typed at checkout. One wrong letter and it went to someone else's inbox.
- Email us. Write to hello@stillcrane.com from any address and tell us roughly when you bought. We'll find the order and send the links again by hand, usually within a business day.
You will not be charged again, and you don't need to buy a second time. If you already have, tell us and we'll refund the duplicate immediately.
What you need to open everything
- For the booklet: any PDF reader. Every phone, tablet and computer made in the last fifteen years has one built in.
- For printing: ordinary A4 or US Letter paper. It's laid out for both and set in large type, so no scaling is needed.
- For the videos: a modern browser and a normal internet connection. They play on a phone, tablet, laptop or a TV that can open a web page.
- No account required beyond the email link we send you.
How long you keep access
Your purchase is yours. The download links don't expire, and if you lose them we'll reissue them years later is fine, just email us from any address and tell us roughly when you bought.
We'd still suggest saving the PDF somewhere you'll find it again, and printing the plan once. Paper doesn't need a password.

Everywhere. Because nothing physical moves, there are no countries we can't reach, no customs, no duties and no delays.
