Who you're buying from

StillCrane is a trading name of Atlas Code LLC, registered at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Throughout this page, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business; "you" means the person buying or using what we sell.

These terms apply whenever you buy from or use this website. By completing a purchase you're agreeing to them, so it's worth the five minutes it takes to read.

What you're buying

We sell digital wellness material: a printable PDF booklet, and depending on the plan recorded video sessions and audio tracks that stream in your browser.

• The Booklet ($12) the 7 day seated plan as a downloadable PDF
• Booklet + Guided ($70) the booklet plus seven filmed sessions and the warm up and wind down videos
• The Full Practice ($120) all of the above plus the extended session library, audio tracks and printable planners

Every plan is a single payment. Nothing renews, there is no trial that turns into a subscription, and we will never charge your card a second time without you starting a new purchase yourself.

What's included in each plan is described on the plans section of our home page. We may improve the material over time; we won't remove something you've already paid for.

What you may and may not do with it

When you buy, you get a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the material for yourself and the people in your household. You do not buy the copyright.

You may print the booklet as many times as you like for your own use, practise along with the videos, and work through the plan with a family member or the person you care for.

You may not resell it, share the files or download links publicly, upload them to file sharing or course platforms, use them to teach paid classes, or present the material as your own.

If you'd like to use StillCrane material with a group a care home, a community centre, a class write to us. We'd rather find an arrangement that works than have you guess.

Payment and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we're required to charge, which is calculated at checkout based on where you are.

We don't see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment processor, which is certified to the card industry's security standards. We receive only confirmation that the payment succeeded, plus your name and email.

Where a price is shown with a line through it, that is our standard price and the lower figure is a current promotional price. Promotional prices can end at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Delivery

Access is immediate. After a successful payment you're taken to a download page, and the same links are emailed to you. There is nothing physical and no shipping.

Refunds

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on every plan. You don't have to give a reason, and there's nothing to return.

Health please read this one

You know your body and your circumstances; we don't. Before starting this or any new movement programme, please speak to your doctor particularly if you live with a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, dizziness or vertigo, osteoporosis, a recent injury, a joint replacement, or if you are recovering from surgery or illness.

While practising, stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, chest pain, dizziness, or unusual breathlessness. Every movement in the plan can be made smaller; none of them should be pushed through.

You take part at your own risk, and you're responsible for practising in a safe place with a stable chair.

Our material stays ours

The text, illustrations, videos, audio, page designs, the StillCrane name and the StillCrane mark are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Buying a plan does not transfer any of that. Quoting a short passage with credit and a link is fine; reproducing the material is not.

Limits of our responsibility

We put real care into this material, but we can't promise it will suit everyone or produce any particular result that depends on you, your body and how you use it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. If you're a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your country gives you these terms sit alongside them, not instead of them.

When we might stop serving someone

We may withdraw access without a refund if the material is shared publicly, resold, or used to run paid classes, or if someone abuses our support inbox. This is rare, and we'll always write to you first unless the breach is blatant.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

If we make a change that materially affects people who have already bought, we'll email those customers rather than quietly editing the page.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which it may well do if you're a consumer.

Before anything formal, please email us. Almost everything that looks like a dispute turns out to be a misunderstanding that one message clears up.
